Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Delivery to USA and countries indicated during the order will be made to the address specified by the buyer. The delays are variable depending on the destination.
The shipping is done by the USPS in First Class Package (approximately 3 days) with tracking number.
If you want an assurance you can choose this option during the payment.
If your package arrives damaged: take photos of the packaging and the damaged product and contact me upon receipt.
If your package is not delivered 1 week after the “completed email” please contact me for the tracking number and begin the process with USPS to find it.
Retractation and Exchanges
The buyer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the day of receipt of the order to make an exchange or a refund request excepted for the personalized items.

Returned items must be in perfect condition in their original packaging to the following address:

Damaged or dirty items can not be returned. The refund will be made under bank transfert.
